The term studio, us, we, refers to Mzoundz LB Located on 1862 Santa Fe ave Long Beach, CA, 90810. The term you, your, client, group, refers to the individual/ company booking with Mzoundz.

- We do not allow smoking in any room. Smoking will result in cancellation of the session without a refund.

- The studio is not responsible for the client's files at the end of the session and therefore requires the client to bring their own flash drive or hard drive.

- The studio and its equipment are to be used only for their intended purposes. No illegal activities of any kind allowed on or in the studio. Doing so will result in the cancellation of the session without a refund.

- The client agrees to pay the studio rate/ time at the time of arrival. No files will be delivered until the remaining balance has been fulfilled. For remote sessions, the balance must be paid before the scheduled time. In the event of a cancellation, the client must let the studio know 48 hours in advance in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations After the 48-hour mark are not entitled to a refund.

- The client is responsible for arriving on time and using time effectively. No extra time will be granted at the end of the session. Any file transferring, downloading, setting up, tearing down is part of the scheduled time. You are allowed to enter 15 min before your scheduled time.

The client is responsible for any licensing and/ or copyright clearances for the final product.
